Elotusland.com Offers 30-day return guarantee to all of our customers except as noted on particular products. If you are not fully satisfied with your Elotusland.com purchase, our customer service department will assist you. Return Merchandise requirements are listed below. You must have all of the requirements in order to send your item in for return.
- Elotusland.com will not accept any return without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number. Please see http://www.elotusland.com/ for details or contact us at 951-256-2188.
- Claims for loss or damage in shipment must be made to the carrier by the customer. Please keep the original boxes, the freight carrier will need the original boxes for investigation. Do not send the damage shipment to us. You need to report the damage to the carrier and the carrier will pick up the products.
- All return products must have serial number that are matched with the serial number listed on your invoice. Otherwise, the products will return back to you on your own expenses.
- Elotusland.com will not accept any physical damage product, RMA automatically void. Physical damage consider bent pins, cracked or chipped cores, burned or otherwise sustained any other types of physical damage.
- All will call / pick up products will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if the customer did not pick up their products when it is ready for pick up.
- All refused packages, un-deliverable addresses that return to us are subject to a 20%restocking fee plus shipping is not refundable.
- All requested for a refund or replacement authorization must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Products authorized for return must be 100% complete in re-saleable condition, and must original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
- RMA number are good for 7 days. Elotusland.com must receive returns within 7 business days following your receipt via email of an RMA number from customer service. Returns post dated later than five business days after receipt of an RMA number will be invalid.
- All returns other than replacement, due to a defective product or an incorrect shipment will be subject to 20% restocking fee for all compatible and 30% restocking fees for all OEM products.
- Customer is responsible for $15 service fees if our technician tested the defective product that is good plus the shipping charge. This fees will be charge on your credit card.
- All defective products will be accepted by Smart and Eazy for credit, same item exchange at Snart and Eazy description within 30 days of the invoice date. Repeat customers allow 90 days warranty of all compatible products or order 2+ on the same item. OEM items will be go directly back to manufacture warranty after 30 days on your own if they provided.
- Return packages must be sent back to the return address that is on the RMA packing slip that you will obtain when you receive your RMA number.
- Smart and Eazy will not reimburse customer return shipping cost. Customer is responsible to return on their own expensive.
- Genuine OEM products are non-refundable after 30 days. Repair or replacement for the Genuine OEM products requires contact manufacture directly.
- Failure to comply with any of the listed conditions of return may result invalidation of your return or a delay in processing the return. Smart and Eazy reserves the right to grant return approval at its sole description on a case-by-case basis.
